Tax benefits

Article 238 bis of the French General Tax Code allows patron companies to benefit from a tax reduction of 60% of the amounts donated, up to a maximum of 0.5% of their turnover (with the possibility of a carry-over to the following five tax years), when these companies are subject to income tax or corporation tax.

The advantages of sponsorship

The sponsorship scheme offers a number of advantages as long as there is a significant disproportion between the amount donated and the incentives offered (the value of which cannot exceed 25% of the donation).
