Our musicians (Trio Rosenberg, Selmer #607, David Reinhardt...) and ourselves still have happy memories of our stays in Montauban : a kind and competent crew, great hotel accommodations, large, generous and jazz-loving audience and of course the sun!
Kind Regards

First of all, Jazz à Montauban is a beautiful venue, with a curious, attentive and jazz-loving audience. A warm welcome from the crew is always given to the audience as well as to the artists which makes this festival a very special one. Long life to Jazz à Montauban !

Jazz à Montauban is to the culture of French Sud-Ouest what the Jazz Café "Caveau de la Huchette" is to the city of Paris : a quality venue for the audience and the artists.
To define Montauban in a few words, I would say: integrity, know-how, professionalism and celebration. The organizing crew is very professional, friendly, respectful towards jazz roots and open to new creations at the same time and helps to promote young talents by developing interesting partnerships ( eg: International Jazz Bands' Prize, MATMUT Trophy). Over the years, its success has been extended from Montauban to many other cities of the Tarn et Garonne region, programming regularly artists from « Le Caveau de la Huchette en tournée ». Basically, during the festival, it's the whole region that is celebrating.
The volunteers' crew is very professional, friendly, and attentive to their hosts. The happiness and joie de vivre that you can feel in the atmosphere makes it a very special festival.
Congratulations to Jean-Charles and to those who have been working for the festival for 30 years now.
